Same thing happened on et rescue as soda crush disconnected from Facebook and I did not disconnect them and won't connect again. Soda crush won't put me on level I was on but pet rescue did

Facebook disconnections can happen from time to time.
Please follow the steps on this link: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back.

If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.
Click on it and complete the contact form. They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.

Hi @LucyB1305, that link might have been down when you tried it on 12/17 but I just tried it and it opened for me. I heard that there was a Facebook connection issue but it was affecting Candy Crush Saga. Perhaps it's also affecting Soda too. Facebook is aware of this and we are waiting for them to fix it.
