My Windows Soda app freezes when trying to access Profile. Have plenty of disc space. Unistalling and reinstalling did not help. Any suggestions?

Community Manager told me this issue is still under investigation and they'll let us know once there's a solution.
If you need to check on your profile page, you'd need to use a different platform at the moment, I'm sorry

The issue is being looked into by Soda Studio thanks to the game ID being sent over π
I understand this is frustrating. Unfortunately I can't offer any timeframe as each situation is different. However I appreciate your posts so I can send reminders
@Pitty_Kitty , when do you think it would be reasonable to expect any response from CM? My issue has been raised to your and their attention while ago. Appreciate any assistance you can provide. It is becoming really frustrating to deal with this issue for so long. Thanks.

@Pitty_Kitty , I'm still waiting for your response from your CM. In order to get my game ID I had to install the app on my phone. ID # I got there was 9456834686.

@Pitty_Kitty , thank you. However, your suggested fix does not work - tried to restart multiple times and waited more than a minute before hitting the Profile button that froze the app.

I get this after hitting Profile when it freezes:
So can't retrieve the game ID.
My laptop model is HP Pavillion x360 convertible, runs on Windows 10. I have more almost 3 gigabytes of free disc space.

thanks for reporting. I just noticed it on my Windows app too.
After 3-4 of restarting the app, I'm able to access my profile.
Did you try to launch your Soda app but wait for 1 minute before clicking profile button?
Is your Soda app able to display your profile page?
If it is please retrieve your game ID number after clicking twice on the King logo at the top and let me know. This way I can forward a problem report about the lagging and freezing π
Additionally would you please share the make and model of your computer?
