Hey everyone,

Thanks again for all your feedback and for staying respectful.

The iteration we had was a work-around due to an unfortunate glitch, while the team kept working hard on a fix.

With that said, we have just managed to fix it and now you will be able to claim the throne as many times as possible. The event will still run for a day every day for the time being though.

I want to thank you all for the patience and to keep encouraging you to send feedback our way and help us make your experience better. I'll make sure we are here to read it and address it.

Hi everyone!

It looks like the pesky Bubble Gum Troll is at it again causing havoc! He has decided to temporarily change the rules and he now wants to keep his throne for longer and stop you getting his Sodalicious rewards.

What are the new rules?

You now have one chance a day to try to conquer the throne. Play the five levels to win the rewards. After crowning yourself, you will need to wait until the day after to have another shot at conquering it again.

You will not be able to sit in the throne multiple times a day. A king needs to rest!

If you have some questions around the new way the event will work for now, feel free to drop them in the comments. I'll do my best to answer each and every one of them.

The issue around Bubblegum Hill has been proven to be a bit tricky. The event is for now gone and we are working on changes to it that will help tackle this situation.

I want to take the time to thank you all for staying positive and respectful, you are such a great Community! I'd also like to apologise in behalf of the studio and to let you know that we are working our hardest to make sure that the scenario is as optimal as possible.

Elsa.....I am not on BubbleGum Hill.....I am on Chilly Chimneys.....I have tried everything and it still goes to that screen that gives rewards when you collect enough "c" candies...but when I'm playing it goes to that screen everytime and freezes...I have to quit game and go back in but I am losing progress in the game....plus it's super annoying!!!!

The issue @Carole_McSherry is talking about "Candy Crush Saga". Looks like she is having issue with that game & collecting Sugar Drops. I did tag Candy Crush CM Cez_Diamond, but probably she might be busy to address this issue. If you can inform them OR transfer this issue, will be helpful for this player

I have tried everything!!!!! My game still freezes after I lose and it goes to that screen that you need to collect the special candies marked with a "c"....it should only go there if you collect enough of the candies....well....then it freezes and I have to leave the game and start over....no progress in game....this has been going on for weeks!!!!....there is nothing in FAQ's about this problem....HELP!!!

I was just dethroned 5 hours later. I got 47 gold bars. Not too mad😊

It seems that I have the same thing. Won the throne more than an hour ago, not dethroned, no gold bars.

I went through bgh one time today. I won and it hasn’t shown me dethroned and I have gotten no gold bars. It’s been over two hours. It shows the same past rulers too. I had planned on purchasing the package for $19 today so I had all the boosters for 24 hours. So glad I didn’t

I looked at your other posts and noticed that you have been having this issue from past few days

I am tagging the Community Manager of Candy Crush Saga @Cezdiamond to take a look at the issue in your game. I am pretty sure that she will be able to solve it with the help of KING Team

I am not on Bubblegum Hill.....I am on Chilly Chimineys on Candy Crush Saga not Soda....when I lose a game it takes me to a screen that looks like a bubblegum machine....it shouldn't take me there unless I have collected the right amount of candies that have a "c" on them....anyway...the game freezes on that screen and I have to exit out and go back in but I lose all progress.....this should be a simple fix as it has never happened before....please direct this to the correct person!!!

Hey @omarov, that screenshot isn't showing app version information.

If on Android, you should go to Settings -> Apps -> Candy Crush Soda and you'll see which version the app reports to be.

I did now its 1.129.3 but still same problem

Really? 1.128.2 was known for experiencing the BGH lockout, while 1.129.2 was known as fixed.

I also have 1.129.3 now and must have had it for several days, though I took a 3-day break from CC Soda and don't know firsthand the status right now - but given the feedback here I presume there would be much more noise if .3 did reintroduce the issue...
