Can't open the sign in menu

I am using an old Lenovo tablet to play Candy Crush Soda but it's too slow so i can't use "Save my progress" button or the sign in button in settings(The one with three people) for some reason, the question mark button opens with delay. How can i fix this without deleting my app so i don't lose my progress?

If that doesn't help then last resort option is to reinstall Soda app

When Soda app is uninstalled, all boosters and lives will be lost because they're saved solely on your device local storage. King Player Support offer replacements if purchased items get deleted in the process.

If you haven't had the chance to create a King game account yet to save progress then unfortunately uninstalling will delete progress made as well

Should you lose your progress, create a game account and contact King Player Support directly from Soda app and ask them to manually restore the progress lost

How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers:
launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game
progress"- "I can't find my progress in the game - How to retrieve your
levels"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "lost progress or items" and "I lost my progress". Explain your problem, add your current level and send.

Unfortunately Soda app might be running slow if device is old and its software version cannot be further updated.

You might try troubleshooting steps to see if they help

you play on Soda app: check for app updates
check for device software updates
check whether your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
provided you have a King account to save your progress: try to log out- close
game - clear cache* - turn off device, wait a couple of minutes and turn
it back on - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you
reconnected to the server
you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
