Why i face problem in connecting to my kingdom account?

I have created the new account with kingdom but when i log in to my computer in candy crush saga then it says incorrect password. Why this happen

Hi @hira, I think what you might need to do is to go to king.com and try to log in from there. As you try to log in you will see "Recover password". Click on that and it might send you a temporary password to your email address.
