I paid the extra to get Deluxe rewards but they were not provided to me. This happened twice. Can I either get the rewards or my $16.00 back?

Purchase unlocks Deluxe Pass but rewards from both Deluxe Pass and Free Pass can be earned only after quests are completed.
If you played and completed your quests but you're not able to redeem the respective rewards please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app:
