Question

I have an account but Sida Saga doesn’t recognize the account details that work fine for Jelly saga. I can’t create a new log in either , just get ‘connection problem, try later’. Anyone has the same? Deleting the game and redownloading just lost all the progress 🙄. Thanks.

Hello @Jokly and welcome to Soda community!

Unfortunately when the red error message "there was a connection error, try again in a bit" appears, Soda app is offline and can't sync with King servers to save your progress online, if a King account is used.

The only effective solution is to reinstall the app to make it functional again

It is indeed likely that in this process you'll lose your progress (and boosters) if this was only saved on your device local storage, I'm sorry.

After reinstalling the app, you should be able to register or log in to your King account normally, provided your device has stable connection.

After that please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app to ask them to manually restore your progress on your account

launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game

progress"- "I can't find my progress in the game - How to retrieve your

levels"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "lost progress or items" and "I lost my progress". Explain your problem, add your current level and send.
