Lost all gold bars

I am really frustrated as I have lost 40 gold bars which I have been earning over the last couple of years. I upgraded IOS just over a week ago and I don't know if this caused them to go missing. The game was only showing 2 bars, so I have lost 38 bars.

I've just tried to restore from the backup I created before upgrading the IOS, but after restoring I now have zero gold bars - what's going on !!!

So I have restored my phone to today's backup where I had 2 bars remaining but there are still zero bars.

This is really annoying because I have been earning these and I have worked for them.

Please can someone help me?

Hi @NadjaE, I didn't expect you to get an answer yet. Hopefully you will see an email this week but I was just told that there is still some areas with skeleton staff. Give it until Friday ok?

Hi @NadjaE, gold bars should never be missing. That is strange! Unfortunately we are in the holiday weeks right now so we can't get you an answer until next week, mid-week. What I am going to ask you to do is to complete this contact form: https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can go into your account to see what's going on. Make sure that you complete the top and subtopic as below. They will email you a response with a ticket number. But I must ask you to please be patient because it's the weekend and the holiday too. You might not hear back from them until Wednesday.
