Helper of the week is given to player who grants the most lives requests, unless there's a glitch affecting this.
Members cannot remove the team leader, I'm sorry. A team leader is removed when team leader leaves the team on their own.
The only option is to create a new team under a new leader. You and your teammates would also need to communicate and find each other on a different platform (like this forum for example, in this dedicated discussion Find a Team | Find a member for your Team! ) because otherwise you cannot let your teammates know what your new team code is, to help them find and rejoin the team

Whenever I get rewards they automatically go onto the next game and get used very quickly. I do not want to use them all the time or all together. This seems to be a recent change. If I've paid for rewards and play 5 games they have gone straight away!
