Payment - no Rewards

I just paid $7.99 for the additional rewards pass and when I came back 30-45 mins later, I tried to claim them & it set me up with a new Rewards pass and I didn’t get ANY of the “unlock” rewards. Can I be refunded please the $7.99 or be able to get my rewards pass that I paid for???? Amy K
