I need some help

I lost my phone & when got a new one I was on over 3000 levels but I then wanted to save it. Instead it jumped back to 966 on Facebook or apple 966. How can I get back to where I was before this happened. Obviously it was saved at 966 but I went to update & save it at over 3000 & it jumped to 966. I don’t want to have to replay all these levels. Is there any way of retrieving this??

Hi again @julscandy An Apple account is a different account. Instead of filling out forms, verifying email addresses, and choosing new passwords, you can use Sign in with Apple to set up an account and start saving your progress right away. It is not possible to sync any existing progress from a King or Facebook account when you use Sign in with Apple. You can find more info here.
I think it is best to contact King Player Support as they will be able to look at your account details with your ID number. The Community is unable to do this due to personal information.

thank you I’m not v good with technology but somehow it’s linked to old account on fb at 966 & apple ac was same 966 I cold cry cause I was way over 3500 approx & I wil have lost my friends I helped play with etc & I must have gone wrong with saving it. I created a new account so I cld at least email & talk to you guys but in doing this I think it linked in with the old last stored progress. Is there no way back? I do have my id no & when I joined I have the correct level on candy crush soda which is over 2,000 but now scared to save this in case I connect to fb & it erased it also? I know they can prob get me to my level without my friends & only 2 stars for everything but wondering now if I have an id no wld this help. Has anyone ever been able to erase a day or 2 progress to when I lost my phone because apple always backs up. I cld then retrieve it possibly?? No idea I’m so confused. Thx juls

I am sorry to hear this! Please follow the steps in the link below. If you still don’t find your progress, click on “contact us” (described in the thread) and Player Support will try to manually restore your progress.
