I see that bake a cake contest is no more for me.
I have just visited Willing Forest. I think you are miss pig in the cake dome. It seems everything alright after you updated your Soda game. But the completion of the cake is not alright. It has been finished 15% only after two days passed.
If the boosters inside the cake have been locked and a message of "Must bake 1 slice to get boosters" appeared on the top chefs' list, this means you got the new version of Bake a cake. You must bake at least one slice, otherwise you will get nothing when the cake has been baked completely. Don't worry! I can help your team to get the rewards if the vacancy is still exist.
I have a suggestion to you besides Bake a cake. That is " Don't update your game quickly after new version has been released". You can wait for other players' testing and feedback.

According to your photo, four slices have been baked by someone in your team and then one tier has been completed. You can obtain more information from the chat box on your screen.( eg. which member baked the slice? )
Have you updated your game to its latest version in app store? You said your cake appeared but play button is grey. Can you take a photo?
What is your team code? If your team has vacancies, I can visit your team and then analyse it.

Do you mean Bake a Cake doesn't appear in your game or Bake a Cake button doesn't work?
As for the play button, the issue is known and Soda Studio are adding the fix in an update this month.
If BaC doesn't appear, please make sure Soda app is updated to the latest version otherwise the game is not able to run this event. Latest update is v 1.265.2
If Bake a Cake still doesn't appear in the game, then the event is not available at the moment.
