A lovely sentiment for the community as usual. Bread seems to be somewhat of a popular topic in the community. So I'm curious now, hmm🤔 I personally love bread but I don't eat it. But has nothing to do with our very mundane culture, is bread making a choice or a dreaded task to be completed before the weekend. 🤪😉👀🥰

I just want to have a bread that really tastes good, so I started after Christmas 2022 to bake my own bread. It's a task (sometimes fun, sometimes dreaded 🤪) from Thursday sometimes Wednesday to Friday when it finally ends in the oven. Fresh bread for the weekend … yummy. When it's gone, I'm eating rubbish for the rest of the week. Today I also have a Pizza dough around. I have to start with the toppings for our "Flammkuchen".
