I reinstalled candy crush & soda crush but Didn’t  take a photo of both games, lost levels no big deal... but on Soda I had made a purchase and the bonuses I paid for are gone... it’s a little frustrating because after the bonus purchase that’s when this all started. Please help! I have been following instructions from queen mia... her instruction came after l had already deleted and reinstalled...

    I lost levels on my games, on soda crush I lost the purchased items... nothing that I tried that was advised worked. I can get past the levels but am upset that I lost part of my bonus boosters. The problem happened after the download... it might be a coincidence... please advise lfindlay0@gmail.com

    Hi @punkrockma, I cannot answer any purchase questions in this community because the Community Managers don't handle it here.  That is why I gave you that link to read what to do.  Please complete this contact form and tell them what happened to your purchase:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

    They will email you an response with a ticket number.

    You also can fill out the same contact form for your progress.  Tell them the level where you were at and where you should be.  Make sure that you do 2 separate contact forms because they are separate problems.  For the progress make sure to use this topic and subtopic.
