Lost my boosters

Question

changed my phone from ios to android and all my boosters, earned or purchased are gone...!!!the level is good -1753- the gold bars are there, but I have no boosters ...
please help me to get them back - in december I have two invoices for boosters

Hi @giana,

Please note that the boosters are saved to
your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This
does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to
be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won
boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

With regards to your purchased boosters,  as
payment issues involve sensitive data and require personalized support we do
not support these queries in the community. You can find the steps to take
