where is my purchase

Hi, I just made a purchase for 3.89 and no luck receiving the items. Then I would get a free one after. I have had this happen twice before when I lost 16.89 and the other time over 5 dollars. Where do I go to find these items. Usually when I purchase they show up for me but this time and the other two did not happen.
