You haven't offended anyone. 😄 It's simply an informal discussion among friends, venting about the obstacles players encounter and expressing thoughts on how quickly or effectively King addresses these issues.
It seems that the studio/support/specialists, made up of the same eight individuals, have found themselves in a challenging situation. They are struggling to balance basic maintenance tasks while remaining competitive in the gam…..g industry.
From a business standpoint, it appears that we are under sta…..fed,
underdeveloped, and lagging behind our rivals due to outdated graphics …..s, glitche…….s, and being ill-prepared to manage the work..load.
I wonder if Microsoft will decide to maintain all the games and provide upgrades, or if some might have to be retired. 🤔 "Things that make you go... hmmm! LOL"
I see with my very 1st post of the day the editing police are handing out citations…I love the consistency of this industry LOL 😂

So i do understand everyone 's frustration. I think the problem 's starts when they change everything I the game 's and on the Community forum. This are thoughts. Hi everyone. I mentioned it somewhere before that we all have the same problem (players, mods and CMs), so no worries, your comments will be heard
The CMs are working with Vanilla to address the issue with the comment boxes for Kings Communities. We all have the same problem; no one can use tag lists unless each name is typed separately, we have problems when we want to copy and paste threads and other things 😓. As soon as mods notice a change, we report/ask the CMs

If we don't voice our concerns, things stay the same. When many people raise issues about non-functioning features, someone in charge may take action. Staying silent keeps problems hidden. It's essential to maintain balance by acknowledging both positive and negative aspects of our surroundings. Remember to speak up, but do it with kindness and a smile, and don't let minor issues bother you. Tags not working properly is affecting everyone's experience in the community, typing errors are bothersomebothersome and take additional time to edit, also not the positive communitycommunity experience player's have come to expect and appreciate.
So, it is my opinion that having troublesome features in the community is not acceptable. I would hope the Studio us working closely with Vanilla to bring a viable solution to the problems that we as a community are experiencing since the April 16th update.

After being informed by support yesterday that there are no issues on their end regarding tagging or typing within the community and no fixes are in progress, it seems we'll have to tackle each correction one word at a time. This situation can be quite frustrating.
It's clear that typing issues are not unique to me! The words seem to repeat instead of completing as intended. Interestingly, typing in the game chat functions perfectly; the problem only arises here in the community forum. Support suggested using a different device to access the community, which I found amusing.
To address this, I've started utilizing an external program to type and then copy and paste whenever possible. None of my other applications are experiencing any malfunctions. However, according to support, the issue lies solely with my system... how special!
It's peculiar that typing and tagging problems surfaced around April 16th, coinciding with the website update to Vanilla.

I have been having a problem with getting a refund. I was overcharged 4 TIMES at 19.99 each on November 3rd.. They keep asking for the same information over and over again. From didifferent people.
