Please try to force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Please try this troubleshooting:
- clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - close the game app and Network restoration ( that means, sign out from the wifi or signal, wait 10 secs and sign in again then open the Game App) - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
If that still doesn’t work, do you see this red error in your profile?

I’ve updated the app, so please do not send me a generic response saying make sure the app is updated .
For the past week every time I’ve tried to collect my prize 🏆 for 3rd 🥉 place. I keep getting a message bubble saying “Network Problem try again”. Which doesn’t make sense when every other part of the game is working and awarding me prizes when won. Please help..the prize(s) I should of received are now costing me the ability to win other games on the app
