Hello, does anyone have a similar problem as me? In my shop, currently, the Gumball Goodies have disappeared, even though my Internet connection works well (I still can send lives to my friends, finished levels in Baking Cake, etc).
Same problem, I'm in the usa..i haven't seen them in a week..last time they were gone for one week n then i got them back..but nothing yet..i hope they bring them back, they are very helpful to me..bring back the gumball goodies!

Hi @astroparty79 I have the same problem and it must be a glitch. I live in Germany and had the chewing gum machine on all devices until the last update. After that, only on my Android phone. Today I suddenly had it on my Windows11 laptop. For that, it disappeared on my Android phone. Here's my screenshot of Win11 from today:

Hmm yea, I have 1 account on 3 devices, 1 window, 1 ios, 1 android, and on android I still have the gumball goodies, but on the ios and window I don't have
I live in the Netherlands. But maybe in your case it's a test or glitch 😅

It could be that the Gumball machine has been removed due to legal reasons in a country. (Unfortunately this is how it happened in my case) But it could also be that the Game Studio is running a test. We've already reported it, so the best thing you can do is make sure your game is up to date.

Anotherstrange thing, I don't get the events anymore either, the spring thing that started today it didn't show up..the last event, the upside down candy town didn't get that either..
I don't have events anymore either, there's a problem with tje log in,if I log out n try to log back in it won't let me the game will keep crashing, so I had to uninstall it..i lost all my stuff!.. there's no gumball goodies..this game is a mess!
You have said the point. You said you had the chewing gum machine on all devices until the last update. This issue may arise from the latest version (1.266.?). Therefore you should wait for the feedback before update your game to the latest version
You said it keeps crashing. Maybe your device cannot support Soda game anymore after it is updated to the latest version.
What kind of device are you using to play Soda?
The issue of gumball goodies disappeared may arise from the latest version of Soda. It can appear again when you logout and then login the game.
Ialready logged out n logged back in , it won't work.. for the past 3 weeks whenever I log out the game keeps crashing it won't let me log back in..I have to reinstall.. that didn'teven work.. gumball still gone, no events..n my phone supports the game.. I've been playing since 2014..
Are you using the same device to play this game for 10 years?
Your phone supports the game. This means it can install the game only. Maybe it cannot run the game smoothly.
I have the same experience with you. I can play the game smoothly at the beginning. I have Soda race and other activities. As the time flies, the side game disappear one by one after l have updated the game. It keeps crashing when I play it online.
They are gone after I have changed another powerful phone.
Ijust updated the game today..no not the same phone..I have a brand new samsung j7 prime, os 7.0..it supports the game I've playing it on this phone since I bought it brand new last July, never had a problem till 2 n half weeks ago..the gumball goodies disappeared n the events were gone before that.. upside down candy Town n this bee event is the only 2 I haven't gotten at all.. anything before worked fine..I also have a samsung a54 ui 6.0,all up to date, same thing, the gumballs on this phone come n go though, n the event comes n go too..I can log out on this phone though..
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
