I agree. I am about to stop playing this game. Not only have the ads mess up my game but the gumball in the shop is gone. I used to like this game but now it's just frustrating . Also I am at level 83650. Not level 2!
I think the programmers are napping 😴🙄 or their managers just don’t care as long as revenue is pouring in 🤷♂️
Seriously, check your device memory….this game requires lots of free memory…at least 2GB (minimum).
It is not ridiculous. Maybe they also want to fix the ads issues for good. But they are limited by their abilities.
I deleted the version and added the new version which was how I was told to fix this. It worked for awhile but now I’m back to the same ads that don’t work like the screen print above. I’ve reported this multiple times. Why don’t they fix the ad issue for good!!!!!! It’s ridiculous.
Nice to see I am not the only one this happens to. Reinstalled the game and lost all my goodies hundreds of them. Still happening. Level 8300 tells you this is not my first rodeo. For such a simple match 3 game it has a bunch of problems. This game is my go to game every morning. Fix it please . Or turn off all the ads!
so frustrated I had three different tab ads to glitch today. I’m done with this game for a while. Maybe they’ll fix it.
I have this same problem. Very frustrating
It's awful, either it says ads interrupted and no extras or you watch the ad thru, click on the x to exit and it says you must watch till end of ad. It's Bern going on awhile they need to fix it
Not the only one. This happens. After it happens, shut the game or reboot your device to get past it. You've lost your game and reward once you get stuck on an ad anyway.
In addition: Please note! When you delete the game from your device you will lose all boosters as they are stored in your device's memory. Only for iOS devices you have a chance of getting your boosters back if you have made a backup in iCloud in advance! Android devices do not have that option and you will lose all goodies when uninstalling and reinstalling the game!
I was able to fix the problem by following a suggestion by FAQ support. I made sure my game was saved on my King account or by playing it on Facebook. Then I deleted the game from my Ipad. Next I went to the App store and downloaded the game again. I signed in again and all my boosters and progress was saved. The only thing I lost was my daily progress boosters and had to start at day 1 all over again. But now my game works fine. Hope it stays that way. Good luck if you try it, just remember to make sure your game is saved so you can log back in and pick up where you were previously.
