I opened Candy Crush Soda Saga on my usual mobile device to play the newly ladder levels. I have lost ALL of the following:
All helpers, including at least 5 exploding lollipops!
Wonderball progress (sent me back to the lowest level when I've been at the legendary level for a long time!)
Sent me back to level one for the daily login treat!
I'm a longtime customer and have spent a lot of money to enjoy the game. I've lost stuff before, but not to this extent. I won't be playing again unless you do something to compensate me for all lost items and progress. My account is under jennytoyou2@gmail.com.
