Broken videos

my game keeps freezing on the Spanish McDonald’s video. And I have to keep restarting my game. I was on bonus level 31 and it crashed. Can you remove that McDonald’s video or make sure that it works with Apple iPhone. Or credit me back to my bonus 31 level

I am sorry this happened 😕 Which game are you referring to? As far as I know Candy crush Soda doesn’t have bonus levels 🤔
