I'm having trouble claiming prize from "Rescue Buddies". For the last 2 days I try to open the program and it just closes the program quickly.
I'm on 4325 now.

I've received news from the Studio that they've been able to identify the bug and are working on fixing it. Hopefully it will be fixed with the new levels coming later this week!

My teammate and I have completed the challenge yet it's not awarding the prize. I tried rebooting the game and power cycled my phone yet it just flashes the screen and then closes back to the game menu. Please see screenshot showing we completed it
