still charging debit and not candy crush gift cards?

hello, i actually loaded 2 $25 candy crush gift cards but it looks like my debit card keeps being charged and not the gift cards. hoping that you can look into and please let me know. thanks so much.

hi yosca, thanks for getting back to me. yes, that’s what i did, went through the king store and entered the cards and pins, however it appears that i keep being charged with my debit card and not the gift cards, so i’m not sure. can you please look into?
