The arcade game is not working I got all the way to 11 and lost I should've been able to keep all my progress that I won

I can understand that you are annoyed that you do not have good cards to progress in Kimmy's Arcade 🙂 Hopefully the Game Studio will change this in time. By the way, did you know that you can stop playing if you have ‘bad’ cards so you can claim the rewards you've won? It’s simple, you click on the blue gift in the upper right corner, and you choose to stop and collect 😉. See the screenshot:

When you lost - did you receive any errors, or are you more saying that once you got to 11 it became too difficult to win? Either way this is great for us to know so please reply more with your thoughts!
