Re Candy Crush Soda

Hi, I just reached my 400th level and when I played the next game which I didn’t win, I lost all my bottles all at once. I had five bottles and they all were erased together .

This has never happened before and I was wondering if you can rectify it

Since 2 years ago my Rainbow streak breaks when I fail a level and I lose all the bottles 😕.
Bit the good part is you can win boosters (and gold) in Treasure Hunt, 4 in a Row, Kimmy’s Candy Hunt, Shipmates, Rescue Buddies, Grow a Bear, Rewards Pass, Bake a Cake. You may not have all the features/events/side games.

Note: If you play on Soda app and have a King account you will see more events/features than with a Facebook account 🙂

This only happened when I reached 4000. The game is not the same now as I now don’t have any help with rewards anymore. Also why give the three bottles in the rainbow reward when you can’t use them as they all disappear at once!!!! Also my lollipop has changed by one to a half and I haven’t even used it. How long have you been losing all you bottles? Mine only changed since I reached 4000. I think it sux.😞

I can imagine you are upset. There are several Rainbow streaks and the Game Studio sometimes changes certain features for certain groups of players to have a different game experience. We don't have any influence on it, sorry.

I myself have seen 4 different Rainbow streaks (e.g. consisting of 10 bottles) and almost always I lost my entire streak if I failed the level.
