I lost my levels after buying Achievement

I lost my levels after buying Achievement package. I can't remember exactly what level I was on 237 or 273 I know that's a big gap but I just can't remember exactly. How do I get my levels back please?? ? I'm back at 1 I was hooked into Facebook. I know this because I would be able to ask for lives and I was getting them. Thank you

I have it on Facebook I don't know why itsi not showing that. Either that or imI not doing something right but I have it logged into Facebook. I know this because when I go to play t on the bottom where Facebook is it says log out. I can't figure out how to connect it to King . Plus I still need my refund how do I go about getting that??? ??? If anyone can help me PLEASE HELP ME CONNECT TO BOTH FACEBOOK AND KING I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY LEVELS AGAIN. ANYTHING I CAN DO TO MAKE THAT NOT HAPPEN I NEED TO DO . I KNOW I'M CONNECTED TO FACEBOOK BECAUSE MY GIRLFRIEND WHO ALWAYS GIVES ME LIVES GAVE ME LIVES YESTERDAY. I WANT TO CONNECT TO BOTH THOUGH SO THAT WAY I'M DOUBLE PROTECTED . PLUS DON'T FORGET ABOUT TELLING ME HOW TO GO ABOUT GETTING MY REFUND???? ??

@Screw_you4 The items are still shows pending which means your game is not connected yet. Did you or did you not get your progress back and have you made sure the game is connected to your Facebook account?

I went into my game and I did not have any of the stuff I was supposed to have. Like the boosters that were supposed to last for 2 hours. Plus the other stuff. I know this because I just got through playing the game and nothing popped up when I opened it!!!
