How do I get rewards that I didn't get

My name is Bruria Adin and I am from Israel.
Yesterday I completed all the steps in the RRWARD Pass and released the Deluxe Rewards
I paid for them and received a receipt for booking number
GPA. 3343-9206-5186-8 3013
The screen that allows you to withdraw the rewards opens before I can do anything, it disappears and in its place a new screen opens of the tasks from the beginning
So I bought rewarss and paid and didn't get them.
I ask to get the rewards I was supposed to get or get my money back.

I am sorry that this happened. In order to understand each other, did you receive the Rewards Pass de Luxe but were you unable to claim the rewards because a new Rewards Pass started immediately? Have you tried force closing the game, restarting your device and logging back in?

If this has not worked, please contact Player Support. Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

- Tap on the blue gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on “My Purchases“

- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
