Any tips on passing level 5233? I used 10 gold bars to buy 170 additional moves but the screen didn't drop any soda bottles to pop so that the water rises in order for the bears to get above the string.

In the second part of the game there will be more soda bottles. So make sure you pop the bottles in the top part as quickly as possible. I found you a video:
No, this is simply a bad designed level. If you go back up to the top part, without having smashed enough soda bottles, you get stuck and simply cannot win the level, no matter how many moves you have left. This level just killed my 16 win streak and I lost all 5 soda bottles. And this same scenario happened to me more than three other times.
