Soda Saga, level 2855 has a bug?

soda bottle doesn’t fall although the candy at the source is crushed many times. the only bottle dispenser releases only candies of unmatchable colors and obstacles. It was impossible to complete the level. Please look into it. Thanks.

@Trixiefish : I tried numerous hammers (and completely ran out), made numerous matches to clear that candy under the bottom dispenser, all to no avail.

If the bottom dispenser you said fails to work, than it's doable to turn to the upper ones instead. (Yeah, that's what the level's mechanic ~~forces~~ guides you to.)

Here is my trick for the level:

For the Screen 1, clear the middle licorice locks first, then the screen should look like this ↓

Next, pop some bottles. Try using fish to pop them (as they cannot be matched) and aim for the top pyramid area using wrapped candies.

After popping 3 bottles it'll (for now) automatically turn to Screen 2.

For Screen 2, get focused on the coming bottles in the upper area (NOT the bottom one!). Fish (and lollipops of course) shall be helpful as well as in the Screen 1.

Filling the board with the soda, you'll naturally make it to bring the bears atop.

The trick can be done within 5 tries. But if not, do remember get some infinite lifes through rewards pass by replaying level 6.

Never mind I went back and played the level without using the color bomb and colored candy to clear the board and it worked.

I realize this is a few years later, but this bug still exists. Demente42 is right that it occurs if you combine a color bomb with a color candy at the beginning. I wasted several bonuses doing this. No bottles drop, only unmatchable colors. I am playing on iOS.

Welcome to the Community @timmyinglis I’m also playing on an iOS device and I have no problems. The trick is you have to hit the middle block, and there the bottles will fall. At a certain point the screen moves up and the bottles will fall again in the middle. So you need to concentrate on the middle. See my screenshots:

Aim for the orange candy in the middle, to hit the block. If you hit it twice, a bottle falls down.

Keep pointing at the middle bottle so that a new bottle can fall down. After some bottles the screen moves up and again, aim on the middle section to let the bottles fall.

April 9, 2021 and I am having this same problem. Bottles don’t drop, only more candy. Playing on IOS.

I too had the same issue on this level. Played a second time and no issue. Played a third time and it came back. I think I figured out what causes it. I only had an issue when I combined the color bomb with a color candy at the very beginning thus wiping out all the stationary black squares. I also experienced a shorter bottle dry spell when I combined a color bomb with a striped candy. It did not appear when I combined the color bomb with the color change later in game play.

I'm having the same problem. I've spent money on this level yesterday and forgot about it today. Remembered after paying for the ticket special. Now I'm not going to be able to use it.

Update: I used all of my switches to get the bears above the line. Shouldn't have to spend extra on a faulty level 😔

Hey, I just got to level 2855 today and I'm having the same issues, wasted boosters to try to get bottles to fall on the first area. Only one falls. I can see from posts on here that this has been a problem for almost three months. Can anything be done to get it fixed or moved pass it. I dont want to waste anymore boosters on it.

I'm sorry to hear so. As you can read above, these issues were fixed for our players back then. Since you seem to be having it now, there are two things I would like to point out around how to solve it:

I will look into your account and compensate any loss derived from this issue, so nothing to worry about there.
I can also offer moving you to the next level. This would also mean that you would lose all records on previous levels (and will have 2 stars on each of them now, although you can always repeat them and improve those scores). If you would like that to happen, please comment below and I will make sure we do so.

I am currently experiencing this bug, a month and a half after this post. I have boosters that are going to run out as a result.

i spend way too much money on this game to experience these problems.

I tried the level again in 2 3 days and it seems that the bug was removed. Soda botttles fell from the dispenser and I finished 2855 with no problem.

@Xarly - it seems I can't reproduce @Nathalie_V and others' issue here.

There are two bottle dispensers on the level, one in the bottom section and one in the top section.

On my Android phone I get a new bottle every two or three crushes/matches on the square just below the bottom dispenser (and same on the top one later in the game) while some players don't seem to have a new bottle after the first; Nathalie_V has iOS, so perhaps it's a platform-related issue?

Hi @chitthuhlaing , @Andrea-17 , @Nathalie_V - I played the level yesterday (on Android, completing it with help of 3-4 lollipop hammers) and had another go a few minutes ago, to check it out, and didn't complete it but I could have, again with a few hammers.

Are you referring to the bottom bottle dispenser or the top one?
And, which platform are you playing on?

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
