I'm not getting any gift boxes on my android I have a totally different account on the iPhone and it's fine This has been all week Help?

Haven't had any gift boxes on my map for three days now. I have seen a number of players complaining about this same issue as well. I was told to sit tight and wait for the team to address the problem.

Thanks what's weird is that on my iPhone I have gift boxes That account isn't associated with the one on the android

I am not receiving any gift boxes on my iPhone and the info doesn’t carry over. My android has the gift boxes! Please help! I don’t want to have to use 2 different phones just to play a game and I have paid money well over $100 on this game so far. The info is completely different as far as lives and the gift boxes as you can see. Please help!!

Hi @Lovey_Barks, @BeckyBubblegum and @kritzie, tPlease note that the gift boxes are working as intended. It is an event and is not meant to be there permanently, it comes and goes. Thank you for your feedback and although this is a nice-to-have, it is not meant to always be there.
