Today is the 2nd day in a row that I haven’t been able to play online. It continues to say that I have no internet connection, but this game is the only thing affected, obviously their servers remain down. If I can’t get online by midnight tonight I’ll lose my daily bonus progress.!😤🤬

Thank you for putting my mind at rest, I don't think I will be participating in soda cup, I have been offline for 3 days, so we will see what happens tomorrow, I saved the gold bars, just in case something happens, . I have no problems with anything else

Our researcher is playing this game in USA too, she is one hour in front of you, but she said she do not have any problems so far. May be it is because she is using Microsoft account. She research other teams as usual, but no one can help her now.😢

That is just as bad as not being online, I do hope they resolve this, it is their problem not the players, I don't know how they work out servers with different countries,they will have more than one won't they?

Hey there, and hello to everyone else in the thread!
If you have a screenshot of this it would be super helpful for us to be able to identify the issue, also the following things:
- Player ID
- Device
- Version of OS (if you have an iPhone/iPad, it's what iOS version, otherwise it might be version of Android)

In regards to missing features mention in this thread:
The features in the game can look very different as a lot of things are being tested in Soda. This may be a bit confusing but don't worry the game is not broken, sometimes you will have features that others don't have as well.

However, if you're experiencing any issues with logins, that might be an issue we need to look into, please refer to the comment below or contact our support page for more help!
Finally the issues you mention here @michimune, they are of course valid - but not related to the features missing as they are connected to the Soda Cup. Unfortunately there has been some issues with the Soda Cup that the studio is working on fixing.

The bubblegum troll is not the problem anymore, it is not being able to connect, my internet this end is fine, I have contacted support several times only nothing has worked, I am not about to uninstall and reinstall the app because other team players has done this , with no change. The connection error has affected many players since the last update, I haven't played since Friday, because the problem got worse, I hope this can be resolved, I have no chance to play in the soda cup finals if of course it is still on.
