I'm so sorry to hear this 😔 That must've been so frustrating after playing so well in the tournament as well. I've reported this to the studio now and I hope that there is something that can be done.

I qualified for the final, but I didn't receive any wonderful balls, and I don't have a pop-up that qualifies for the final, too.

when I logged into the game this morning the results of the semifinals were not posted & the contest was not available to see so I do not know if I was still in the top 3 going onto the finals. Do you have any updates or info that might help me find the results?

Thank you @LoFiGummy for your kind words and encouragement ❤️ I haven't login to the game since semi was over (midnight my time) 😴. On my 2nd iPad, I saw that I have 2nd chance to play while I was playing for the cup on my 1st iPad. 2 iPads are showing things 🤷♂️ Anyway I hope to get a 2nd chance to play for the cup. We'll see what actually happen when I login tonight 🤞🤞🤞
