I am sorry to hear that there is issue on your game!! Would you mind me asking
(1) in what game you are having this issue? Just wanted to make sure... this is Candy Crush Soda Saga section
(2) Is it just the Quests that are not appearing OR your regular game is stuck too?
Sometimes, simple trouble shooters like (a) making sure you have the latest version of the game (b) Clearing the Cookies & cache; (c) Making sure that there is enough free space on the device (2 GB is the advised space) resolves the issue.
If those trouble shooters did not work, please come back and post the result as well as your Game ID.

Just the quests it's been the same for months just says 92 hours till nxt quest

Oh, OK! Is the game "Candy Crush Soda" OR "Farm Heroes Saga"? I have seen this "running clock" on only Farm Heroes till now but not in any other King game. Hence, making sure

Every other time the things that I earn in the Quest keeps reducing.. Keep changing the amount. That too by a large margin for example I earn 1000 Orange candies and after a while it goes back to 200 or 300.
