I purchased a one time offer for $12.99 and it never went through. Can you please credit my account either a refund or the amount I paid for? Thank you. Karen.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get any boosters or didn't get the right boosters for your purchase. Your receipts contain very personal and confidential information. Therefore, we cannot claim them or provide a refund in the community.

Please visit our 📕Help Center. Under "My Purchase" you will find the articles for your platform that show you the steps for a complaint or refund.

In the Help Center, select your platform and the item that is relevant to your purchase.

If the steps from the article do not help you, please click on the "Contact Us" button at the very end of the article. When you send an email to technical support, you will first receive an automatic response and a ticket number. Respond to support by sending your proof of purchase as an attachment.

Please note: your ticket will be processed by a member of staff. This can sometimes take a while. If you do not receive a response from an agent within 7 days, please send another email to support.
