The rewards pass has been frozen like this since 2nd July and I can't collect anything
Do you perhaps play on multiple devices? You can only redeem the rewards on the device where you completed the quests.
Hi Yosca, no I only play on one device, but I think I have cured it,thanks to another player who suggested logging off and the. logging back in, which worked ,it cleared and refreshed, so much for not taking my own advice, this is what I would have said if trying to help someone else
