Two people, one device

I have two people that play this game on one device. When one logs out so the other person can play, the blue stars stop accumulating for the first person when the second one logs out. Can this please be fixed immediately? I have brought attention to this before, and all I was told was that it would be passed along to the studio. That didn’t fix anything!

Just to clarify, I’m not receiving team rewards or BAC rewards even if I bake a slice. This started to happen at or around the same time that I stopped accumulating blue candies race if users switched accounts on the same device.

You mean this:

If a team has a certain rank and has collected the corresponding points (825 in my team at team rank 20), each team member (example my team) gets 3 hours of time booster fish, 4 striped candies to collect, 3 hours of infinite life and 7 simple lollipops to collect.

I'm not sure if these team rewards are dependent on whether the player has baked a piece of cake. I interpreted the player's question to mean that he does not receive any rewards from "Bake a Cake".
Some time ago I was in the test group for the "Sweet Escape" function, where the bear has to reach the portal. This feature was tested while baking cakes and I was the only one on my team who could bake the cake with this mode. All other team members could only see "comming soon" under events. Only from the team chat did I notice that I was the only one in the team who could bake the cake. So I baked the cake and we got the team score of 825 points. All the other members of my team thanked me in the team chat for receiving the team reward, but they didn't get the rewards from the cake.

This player is talking about TEAM REWARDS not CAKE REWARDS.

Every team starts from rank 1, it can be promoted to higher rank by collecting required team points from other team activities ( it is only Bake a Cake now). When the team is promoted to higher rank. Every teammate can get some boosters as rewards, it is called team rewards. Maybe German version has a different name about this.

These rewards can be earned by doing nothing even though the teammate has a new version of BAC-- locked boosters version normally. Unless the studio has released another version, the players have to bake at least one slice to get cake rewards and team rewards, otherwise this player is getting a problem in earning team rewards.

Hi @smessyrn when do you bake a piece of cake? Right at the beginning or do you bake one of the last pieces?
For me, if one layer is already finished and I only bake then, I don't get the reward (but only on the device where I baked a piece in the second or third layer). On my other device (where I didn't bake at all), I get the full reward.
I thought that was strange but I was told by support that this is how it works and that it would be correct.
Anyway, I try to bake a piece in the first layer on Thursday morning. Whenever I get the message "Get ready to bake the ultimate cake" (or something like that) in the status bar, I open the game and start baking. Then it works for me with all the rewards.

The team function "Bake-a-cake" now has a new variant. Each team member must bake at least 1 piece of cake to unlock rewards. I've had this variant in my game for a few weeks now. If I don't bake a piece of cake, I don't get a reward. That's why I try to bake a piece of cake first thing in the morning, when the cake is still brand new. Most of the time I manage 5 or 6 pieces and can then pick up the rewards. If other team members have baked pieces and unlock rewards, I can claim them as well.

To expand on this issue, neither player is getting team rewards from Bake-a-cake anymore either. The only time rewards are received is if the player bakes them by themselves. Please add this to needing a resolution.
