Well I have to say I have heaps of candy's balls to use in this yet I'm still on zero 3 times now this has happens can you please fix this I'm missing out !!!!

Hi there @gaybo

Do you have the new Extreme version of Rocket Rush? Then only in new levels the candies are counted. And in the new Extreme version you have to collect striped candies instead of color bombs.

I don’t have an issue, so please play new levels, check if you have to collect striped candy. If they are not counted please try to force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates, clear cache (not data!) and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

In the extreme version the game only saves what you collect in completed levels. Not like before where it saved all, whether you completed the level or not. That confused me at first. I don't know if that is your issue as well.

Yes did all that now I'm doing the striped candies and still zero!!! Wat do I have to have certain coloured striped candies going in a certain direction or something now !!! 😡 why didn't you just leave it how it was not broke don't fix it!!!

Still strange, because I have no problem at all. Do you have the latest game version? And as danishwolf mentions, you have to complete the new level otherwise the candy will not be counted.
