Hallo Yosca, bei Level 5260 spiele ich das Spiel ja schon ziemlich lange und sowas hatte ich noch nie…
Nach dem Laden steht das Bild für fast 40 Sekunden total fest-bevor man überhaupt beginnen kann…
Das ist unzumutbar und total nervig…
Ich hab gerade ALLE meine vorhandenen Lutscher eingesetzt um diesen Level beenden zu können…
Eine andere Möglichkeit gab es ja nicht…
Das ist total schade da man manchmal ohne Lutscher nicht weiter kommt…
Beim nächsten Level ist wieder alles normal !!!! Lag also nicht an meinem PC…
Das der Level nur bei mir so aufhängt ist komisch…

Sorry to hear that. I don’t have an issue with that level 🤔 Please try the following:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
