Anyone noticed that the levels are now harder since recent changes?

Since King made the changes adding shaming questions to quitting a level, the levels have gotten harder to pass unless you buy power ups. I will no longer be forced to by power ups and in fact am thinking about GIVING UP all king games as are many of my friends. Since the new shaming messages I have been on the same level, I'm used to a level taking a couple of weeks but not a month and can't even get close to completing it. So, I figure if King wants to take the stance of shaming if you want to quit a level in an attempt to entice purchasing power ups, it is time to QUIT playing king games completely. I actually look at power ups as cheating, though I've used and purchased them in the past, I will not be shamed into purchasing more, nor will I or my friends continue to play King games. I've quit several King games in the past because the only way to advance was to spend money on power ups. NO MORE, time to enjoy Pixel Federation much nicer people who don't make their games impossible to play if you don't buy power ups.

In the Community we only see a portion of the players' feedback. Here at King we run multiple tests, surveys, player analysis and community pieces of feedback and we work on it to try and make the best possible mobile games that there are. As of now, we have hundreds of millions of players (literally) coming to play our games, and we are so honoured about it! It's also a sign that, although we can always improve, we are doing a good job at it.

I posted this video here, not to brag but to let you guys know that IT IS POSSIBLE TO BEAT A LEVEL or LEVELS in ONE MOVE, ONE TRY. I am NOT an EXPERT on this GAME. I am just like you having fun while trying to MOVE UP. Sometimes I get frustrated when I fail the LEVEL over and over. This is a situation where I WANT to BEAT the LEVEL the more. This is what makes the game more exciting. There are two elements in the game that I personally don't like most of the time - the Chocolates and the MAGIC MIXERS a.k.a. EVIL SPAWNERS. I can't do anything about the Chocolates. I just have to put up with them since sometimes I can't avoid them. I can't really destroy them like the MAGIC MIXERS. The fun part about breaking those MAGIC MIXERS is hearing the sound as I break them. Just because I don't like them doesn't mean I want them gone. How can Candy Crush Saga be exciting if you always win and there are no hazards? These are what make this game THRIVE! BRING THEM ON!

As you can see, players do appreciate the challenge (it's a very human thing to do) and it's our job to balance the challenge in a way that makes it feasible, while remaining challenging.

Who has ever complained that the levels were too easy?? WHO??? WHO???? I can understand some levels being hard, very hard etc but clearly King has made nearly all the levels much more harder by reducing the moves but I can't find a single level where they INCREASED the moves. Sometimes, people really do just want to relax and buzz through some easy levels.

Plus by decreasing the moves for a level makes it just that much harder to "beat" your friends on the leader board who did the levels before they made them harder.

It sucks and really has deflated me from playing the game.

Its all about the challenge apparently, but also finding a balance in between those who whiz through levels and those who don't. I hear what you are saying, I have voiced similar before, but the trouble the studios have is people complaining. But they cannot always check to see if they played with boosters or without. And the ones who speed through often do use them. But as they complain its too easy, they need to be challenged too.

King will listen and often do make changes to the levels. Sometimes straight away sometimes not depending on player feedback.

But they are all free to play. It just might take longer to pass
