Hi @sharonfenech when you played your games on the old phone, were you logged in with an email address or did you connect it to a Facebook account? Have you played online or offline?
If you were logged in to the game with an account and played online, your progress and gold bars will be recorded on our servers and you can access them from any other device.
I understand that you play Candy Crush Soda Saga and Candy Crush Jelly Saga and what is the third game? You may have screenshots that you have uploaded to a cloud or google drive.
Can you remember exactly which game you were at which level?
My levels are in the 5000 I would really wish that I don't lose all my progress. Please help me. My phone was white cleaned so I can't get back to my original levels. I tried following your directions and I am lost

Whenever I get rewards they automatically go onto the next game and get used very quickly. I do not want to use them all the time or all together. This seems to be a recent change. If I've paid for rewards and play 5 games they have gone straight away!
