Help me get to my original levels on all 3 games

Help. I unfortunately reset my whole phone and lost everything including my progress on my games can you please help me with candy crush jelly and soda

If you know your login info, you can login in the games and find your progress!
Did you use facebook login, King account or other type of login?

My levels are in the 5000 I would really wish that I don't lose all my progress. Please help me. My phone was white cleaned so I can't get back to my original levels. I tried following your directions and I am lost

Hi @sharonfenech when you played your games on the old phone, were you logged in with an email address or did you connect it to a Facebook account? Have you played online or offline?
If you were logged in to the game with an account and played online, your progress and gold bars will be recorded on our servers and you can access them from any other device.
I understand that you play Candy Crush Soda Saga and Candy Crush Jelly Saga and what is the third game? You may have screenshots that you have uploaded to a cloud or google drive.
Can you remember exactly which game you were at which level?
