More often I am coming on a set with a 'blank' spot that even shows a 3 part 'suggestion' but one is blank. I close my game and then re-open it. However and 'extras' I have applied to that game are now gone (obviously) so I have lost 2 different challenges offered on the side as well as the extra's I added in order to play the game originally. I have played quite often which is obvious by the level I'm on and the amount of money I spend every single day to play but now this is happening at least once a day, more than once 2 times a day. It's fun but I'm tired of spending money only to lose it due to game failures.

Hhmmm, that sounds strange. Normally, the game should show you correct combinations. I ask that you post a screenshot of where these things happen. Personally, it has never happened to me and I've been playing Candy Crush Soda Saga for a very long time. Currently I'm at level 14.3....something. It is possible that some levels have been changed. What level are you playing right now?

I have 5 screenshots of examples of what I refer to as 'Blanks'
1)I was able to draw around the area, right of 2 purples, below 1 green, One 'Blank', Should Not Be
2) Far left, above yellow, left of red, One 'Blank' SNB
3) Top right, right of 2 blues, above 1 blue, Two 'Blanks' SNB
4) Top right, right of spindle/1 purple, above 1 yellow, Three 'Blanks' SNB
5) Middle of page, column break, left of 2 blue, One 'Blank' SNB
As I stated before,
'Extras' I have applied to that game are now gone (obviously) so I have lost 2 different challenges offered on the side as well as the extra's I added in order to play the game originally. Due to having blanks where at times could be the perfect play with only a few moves left to make it through the level.
And no, the examples I sent probably do not fall into the 'last ditch' shot to win a game, but are simply an example of the actual event that these 5 samples were taken 1 in a day, 3 in the same day, 1 next day.

Sorry for the confusion 😔 This feature has been added to the game for some groups of players; you can move a candy to an empty space.
You can read more here Can I swap a candy into an empty spaceI agree you should have gotten this info in-game beforehand, my apologies and will pass this feedback along.
