Why no more adds to continue?

What is the problem? I used to get either 5 moves or watch adds and get 5 addimoves and other gifts and now nothing since a week or 2?

    The ads rotate between groups of players so everyone gets a chance

    should I delete the app and install it again? Would I loose where I’m at?

    Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will not change which group you fall under, sorry. Additionally, when you delete the app you will lose all boosters and lives as they are stored in your device memory.

    As for ads feature, unfortunately it's not permanent in players' games as it may become available to some players for a period of time and unavailable to others. It rotates among players' groups. Players are advised to make sure the game is always up to date as ads feature might become available again soon as I hope it'll be in your case.

    what if I log out and log back in? Do I loose anything?

    If you have saved your game you can log out and log back in. We have a standard troubleshooting where nothing is lost, but generally you don’t get ads from it. It’s a matter of time and as said groups rotate, the Studio decides. (fyi I’ve been playing since 2014 and have never had ads in any of my King games 🤷)

    Our standard troubleshooting which can fix ‘errors’:

    Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

    Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

    Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly. 

    Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

    Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    ————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

    hi everyone.

    After saving my game, I clicked “log out” and it said if I do I would start at level 1 when I log back in ??

    Really, not getting additional moves sucks and I’m not liking the game so much.

    Also is it a coincidence that this happened just after I bought some kit (only did once and now no more free additional moves!?).
