Soda Crush not letting me join the race each week

It may be confusing on what's happening but I'll do my best.
I am at the very end of levels each week and I have to wait til every Friday to get 45 new levels for the week…I'll play the first 15 levels on Friday which involves a race to finish first. Then I'll play the next 15 levels on Saturday and the same thing for Sunday.
When I play the last game on Sunday, there will be no more new levels until the next Friday so in order to keep my consecutive days in tact, I play the same last level on Monday thru Thursday.
What has happened for the past couple of weeks is that all of a sudden when I play the last 15 games for the week on Sunday, it quit giving me the opportunity to join the normal 15 level race. Instead, game still allows me to play the 15 levels but without a race involved, thus, no option to win the 10 to 15 gold bars at the end of the race.
Then, on Monday morning when I open Soda Crush to play one game a day until the new levels arrive on Friday, I am somehow being entered in a race even though I have no more levels to play until the following Friday. I can see all the other participants and their progress through til the end of the race, except I cannot since I have no more levels to play. When Friday comes round, it shows that I have lost the race, however, I get 45 new levels and no race to enter. I'll play the first 15 levels and then close up Soda Crush until Saturday. On Saturday, I will then be allowed to participate in a new 15 level race and either win or lose like normal. Then on Sunday, I am not offered the option to join the last 15 level race, thus, no option to win or lose gold bars… Then this will repeat again for the next week…
This will be the 3rd week that this is happening… I just want to be ale to open Soda Crush, get my new 45 levels, play a race on Friday, on Saturday, and on Sunday, then starting over for the following week like normal…
I hope I was able to explain what is happening so you can understand… If you have questions I will try to answer them the best I can…

I got you! In short, when you reach the end of the levels and play the last level you get a pop up that a new race has started, right? If it is possible to make a screenshot of what you see together with your map that would be helpful and then we can forward this to the Game Studio. I will report this anyway. Thank you! 🤗

I took a screen shot of where I am at… I'm assuming that is the "map"… If I were entered into a race you would see a bar with my position in the race along with the other participants… This is not the case. Had the race been started, and it hadn't, it would have started at level 14726 and would end at level 14740… When I reach and finish level 14740, however, a new race screen pops up and throws me into the race but I cannot participate since I would have no levels available to me until next Friday…

Basically, the only race that I will be able to participate in is the second set of 15 levels which I would play on Saturday… The first set, on Friday, I would have already lost the race since everyone else would have already finished… I can then enter the race on the second set of 15 levels on Saturday normally… But, like I said, on Sunday the 3rd set of 15 levels would begin but without allowing or showing me the race entry page until I finish those 15 levels at the end…

If you notice, I am currently at level 14740 and unable to go any further until Friday morning gets here with 45 new levels. When you look at the race participants at the top, you'll see that not only does it show the race continuing towards level 14745, it also shows that I am at level 14741 which clearly I am at 14740… The open door next to my levels takes you to random games I assume is for practice only and I've only been there a couple of times…
So, as you can see, I used to be able to play in 3 races per weekend, 15 games a day, with the opportunity to win 3 races each week. Now, the way that it has been going, I cannot participate in a race on Fridays or Sundays any longer, only on Saturdays…
I really do hope this can be repaired soon… Thanks…
