No cannon balls in Shipmates

I haven't received any cannon balls in Shipmates in two days. Anyone else having this problem or know of a fix?

Sorry to hear this! Have you checked which version Shipmates you have? Is it the version that you have to play levels yourself to get ammunition or the version that your shipmates have to play levels? In that case there is a possibility that you will not get any ammo because chosen shipmates have not passed levels.
What can help is to refresh Shipmates every now and then → log out of the game and log back in. If you check your friends list you can see who is online and could play and then perhaps is able to give you some ammo 😉
