Follow the Windows Troubleshooting Steps
Re-Install: As a last resort, try deleting and then reinstalling the game. Just make sure your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before taking this step. To re-install your game:
Select Start and look for the app or program in the list shown.
2. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall.
3. In Microsoft Store, select See more > My Library. Select the app, and then select Install

Remember, be sure to try all of the above options.

Also, please be aware that any Boosters or extra Lives stored in the game may be lost in the process of carrying out these steps, so it's worth trying to use them up before deleting and reinstalling the game.

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.

Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.

Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

Clear Cache:
