Do the boosters look like the image below, with the padlocks?
It means the use of pre-game boosters is intentionally prohibited in that level.
The reason why is that a new feature is being introduced in this level (new game mode, new blocker etc) and game developers want you to get to know this new feature on your own, without starting out with boosters.
This also means the level is very easy to pass by design. It's supposed to be a tutorial level and not a challenge as usual.
Once the trial period ends, the following levels will resume their normal outlook and difficulty and you'll find all your boosters again. You'll be able to select them ahead like you normally would 🤗

When i got to level 76, the episode looked exactly like episode 4, what's going on? (I am not new to candy crush soda, i got to about level 1060, but due to the music change, i really didn't like it, so i installed an older version, Sure, gold bars don't work or load, but i can still enjoy CCSS.)
I log on every morning to get daily rewards. Today it said i missed yesterday (wrong) and started me back on day one again. This has happened multiple times. please debug and fix!!
The stars used to grow islands are full and I'm not being presented with the options for additional islands. Happened after a recent update.
