Sorry to hear this. Please try the following steps:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.ย
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: inย Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not dataโ๏ธ)

The stars used to grow islands are full and I'm not being presented with the options for additional islands. Happened after a recent update.
I log on every morning to get daily rewards. Today it said i missed yesterday (wrong) and started me back on day one again. This has happened multiple times. please debug and fix!!
for the umteenth time I play bake a cake and just as we are close to finishing getting the top two prizes, progress goes away and start a new bake arrives. I can see in inbox that cake is backed and I participate in helping back, but havenโt received top prizes in last multiple times

Why have you completely nerfed all of the rewards so that instead of 1, 2, 4 hours you get 5, 10, 30 minutes? Not to mention there are a lot more super hard and ultra hard puzzles than there used to be. I took several months of and man, the rewards, if you can call them that, are a shell of what they used to be. The gameโฆ
