I can totally understand your frustration and it's definitely not cool! The thing is, when you ask a question in the Community we have to respond. It might help if you make a new complaint via your game. (so not responding to previous messages) You will then receive a new ticket number because it is reported as a new problem. Hopefully that works. 🙏
Hello @Anni67 As mentioned before, we did reported this to the Studio but haven't got an update yet.
We have been advised to refer you to King Player Support; they may have more information. Unfortunately, the Community has no influence on fixes made by the Studio.
